The University College now operates from a temporary location on 5th Avenue, in Tema Community 10 New Road. It can be located on the right hand side of second Traffic Light on the Tema General Hospital Road, and lies about 500 meters south of the intersection.
7 miles square piece of land has been acquired on the Akosombo-Tema trunk road, near Doryumu, as the permanent campus of the University College. The institue is now soliciting for funding in order to commence construction.
