Had her Secondary School education at Christ Church Secondary Guyana. She then went on to work with the Ministry of Education, Social Development and Culture for a few years then left for the UK.

She went to North London University to study for a Degree in Applied Economics and Accounting for Management. While studying for her Degree she held various positions within the Public Sector in the UK. She continued her education in Management Studies with the University of Ulster.

She also benefited from courses in – conflict management, presentation skills, IT, interviewing skills.

Ms Jennifer Akude

She holds a master's degree in Development Management from the University of Ghana and a Bachelor of Education degree in Social Sciences from the University of Cape Coast.

She has been working in the capacity of Assistant Registrar, in the Office of the Registry. She also carries out career counseling and Community Development activities as her extra curricular occupation. Her research interests include Educational Administration, Higher Education Management, Development and Education, Education and Globalization.
