Matriculation

All are invited to the Matriculation Ceremony of Data Link Institute. It will be held on the 22nd of January, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the WAEC Hall - Community 5.

The Rehearsal for matriculants will be on the 20th of January, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at (Data Link Annex) T5 - T7.

Please note that the dress code will be; Kaba and Slit (Data Link cloth) for ladies and black trousers with Data Link cloth shirt for gentlemen.

Matriculation Meeting

All fresh students yet to matriculate are to attend a meeting with the registrar on following days:

DAY STUDENTS: 9am Tuesday, 22/11/11.

EVENING STUDENTS: 5pm Tuesday, 22/11/11.

WEEKEND STUDENTS: 5pm Saturday, 3/12/11.

Examination and Clearance Notice

ALL STUDENTS WHO HAVE PAID THEIR FEES IN FULL ARE TO PICK UP THEIR CLEARANCE FROM ACCOUNTS IMMEDIATELY.

EXAMINATION DATES

• (Weekend examinations) 26, 27th November & 4th December 2011.
• (Day & Evening examinations) 5 -19th  December, 2011.

CLEARANCE DEADLINES

• (Weekend examinations) 19th November, 2011.
• (Day & Evening examinations) 21st November, 2011.

Penalty for late submission of Project Work

All completed Level 400 students are to note that the deadline for submission of Project Work was on 28th September, 2011. Please be informed that the date has been extended to 1st November, 2011.

A penalty of Gh¢200 will be applied for any final project submitted on the 2nd till the 8th November, 2011. NO PROJECT WORK WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 8TH NOVEMBER, 2011. Students whose Project Work has not been received by 8th November, 2011 will be removed from the 2012 Graduation List.
